How to Avoid Burn Out
When we understand the foundations of self care and how self connection is such an important aspect of recognising and picking up on cues our bodies present when we are on the verge of burn out. It is important to recognise our behaviour patterns and how they are an indicator to our state of mind and levels of consciousness at any given time. We often call this out ‘ups’ and ‘downs’. In this video I give you some simple tips of how to recognise when you are approaching burn out, how you can implement very simple habits in your routine that helps you redirect yourself before you find yourself at a complete loss.
